About Coastal Creations GA

Coastal Creations GA is a woman-owned small business based in Key Largo, Florida. Each piece is individually handcrafted by fused-glass artist Jill Strickland.

Handmade Products

Because our artwork is handmade, no two pieces will be exactly alike. Slight variations in color, shape, size, pattern, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted fused glass and are not considered defects.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and device. Product measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Product Availability and Orders

Many Coastal Creations GA pieces are one of a kind or produced in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be fulfilled. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, and other disclosed costs will be calculated or communicated before payment is completed.

Payments are securely processed through Wix and its approved payment providers. Coastal Creations GA does not directly receive or store complete credit card details.

Custom and Commissioned Artwork

Submitting a custom-piece request does not guarantee that the project will be accepted. Availability, design details, estimated completion time, pricing, payment arrangements, and delivery or shipping options will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Custom artwork is created by hand and may include natural artistic variations. Computer renderings, reference photographs, and color samples are intended as guides and cannot guarantee an exact final appearance.

Any cancellation, return, or refund conditions that apply specifically to a commissioned piece will be communicated before the customer approves the project.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability depends on the size, weight, value, and fragility of each piece. Please review our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy for information about standard shipping, oversized artwork, South Florida delivery, processing times, and shipping damage.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before completing your purchase.

Care and Safe Use

Fused glass is fragile and should be handled and displayed with care. Broken or damaged glass may create sharp edges.

Unless a product description specifically states otherwise, decorative glass artwork is not intended for food preparation, microwave use, oven use, or dishwasher cleaning. Customers are responsible for following any care or display instructions included with their purchase.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Coastal Creations GA name, artwork designs, product photographs, videos, written content, graphics, and other original website materials belong to Coastal Creations GA or are used with permission.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Purchasing a physical piece of artwork does not transfer ownership of the related design, photography, or other intellectual property.

Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent information, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by Wix, payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other providers. Coastal Creations GA is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
