Coastal Creations GA offers complimentary standard shipping for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Pieces measuring 14 inches or smaller can typically be shipped safely. Because every piece is individually handcrafted and carefully packaged, processing times may vary. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free Local Delivery

Complimentary local delivery is available for eligible orders within the Upper Florida Keys. After your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery date and location.

Local delivery availability is based on the delivery address. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your location qualifies.

Custom and Commissioned Pieces

Shipping and delivery arrangements for custom artwork are handled separately from standard website orders.

For oversized or commissioned pieces, shipping or delivery options will depend on the artwork’s size, design, destination, and special packaging requirements. Available options and any associated costs will be discussed and agreed upon before the custom order is confirmed.

Complimentary shipping or local delivery offered on standard website orders may not apply to custom or oversized artwork.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your piece promptly after delivery. If it arrives damaged during shipment, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your order information. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
